How do I choose the right size?

Use the size chart on the product page — each Fit Geno product is sized by one body measurement, listed under Size Guidance. When between sizes, size up. A snug but not tight fit is ideal — you should be able to slide two fingers under the brace.

How long should I wear a Fit Geno brace each day?

Start with short sessions and build up — how long depends on the product and your condition, so adjust based on how your body responds. Always follow the product-specific guidelines and consult a healthcare provider if you're recovering from injury. Remove immediately if you experience numbness, tingling, or increased pain.

Are Fit Geno braces FSA / HSA eligible?

Often, yes — but it depends on your plan. Many FSA and HSA plans cover support braces used for injury recovery or a medical condition, and some require a Letter of Medical Necessity. Submit your order receipt to your plan administrator to confirm.

How do I wash it?

Hand wash in cold or lukewarm water with a mild detergent. Rinse thoroughly and air dry. Do not machine wash, tumble dry, bleach, or iron.
