The Knee Brace with Side Stabilizers and KneeXpert are sleeve-style braces with spring stabilizers and a patella gel pad for everyday support. Can I wear a Fit Geno knee brace for running or hiking?

Yes — they're built to stay in place while you move. The Hinged Knee Brace's four straps and silicone strips keep it from sliding, and customers use it for hiking, cycling, gym workouts and light jogging. Secure every strap, and if you're recovering, start with shorter sessions.

Do Fit Geno knee braces fit the left or right knee?

Yes. The Hinged Knee Brace, Knee Brace with Side Stabilizers, KneeXpert, Patella Knee Brace and Knee Strap all fit either knee — just center the kneecap opening or pad over your patella before tightening the straps.

How do I find my knee brace size?

Measure your thigh a few inches above the kneecap with a soft tape — each Fit Geno knee brace lists the exact spot and size ranges under Size Guidance on its product page (the Patella Knee Brace uses one measurement above and one below the knee). Between two sizes? Size up; the straps take up the slack.

Are knee braces FSA / HSA eligible?

Often, yes — but it depends on your plan. Many FSA and HSA plans cover knee braces used for injury support or recovery, and some require a Letter of Medical Necessity. Submit your order receipt to your plan administrator to confirm.
