We only process your refund once you’ve agreed to return the product to us. We have a 45-day full refund duration, so as long as you email us at email@example.com for a return/refund request within 45 days upon receiving the product, we can give you a full refund in the original form of your payment. Refund requests that go beyond 45 days can only be repaid with store credit in the form of gift cards and not money. International orders and all items discounted by 40% or more are considered final sales and cannot be returned for store credit or refunded to the original form of payment. For damaged, defective, or incorrect items, please attach a picture of the product to your email request and send it within 7 days of the delivery. After the returned items arrive back at our warehouse, refunds are processed within 5-7 days.

We do not provide a size chart for most adjustable and one-size products. However, for products that have various sizes, a size chart is included in the product photos.
Wearable Fit Geno items must be hand-washed in cool or lukewarm water using mild detergent. Once washed, leave it out to air-dry. Do not use a washing machine and tumble dryer as these may deform the products.
