Using a measuring tape, take the circumference of your thigh about 4 inches above your knee cap. Compare your measurement to the size range provided in the options. There are medium (M) and large (L) sizes available, the medium one encompassing 12.9 to 21.6 inches while the large one able to enclose 19.6 to 27.5 inches.
